Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum contract?

No. All plans are monthly rolling with 30-day notice to cancel. We earn the renewal each month — not a 12-month tie-in.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Yes — pro-rated. Email or WhatsApp the request, takes effect from next billing cycle. No fees, no penalties.

What happens to unused hours?

Silver: roll over up to 4 hours into the next month. Gold: roll over up to 12 hours. Bronze and Enterprise don't roll (Bronze has no included hours; Enterprise has custom-scoped allocation).

Are AI API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic) included?

No — those are passed through at cost on a separate monthly invoice. Typical AI API spend for clients on Gold/Enterprise is £30–£200/month. Bronze/Silver plans don't typically include AI workflows.

What's the difference between this and just buying hours ad-hoc?

Plans get you proactive monitoring (we catch issues before you notice), priority response, and pre-paid capacity at lower per-hour rates than ad-hoc work. Ad-hoc time costs £85/hour; included plan time is effectively £35–£60/hour.

Do you offer Enterprise SLAs?

Yes — SLA terms negotiated per project. Typical: 99.9% uptime measurable, 1-hour critical-incident response in business hours, 4-hour out-of-hours, weekly reporting. Backed by service credits if missed.

Can I cancel and keep my site/automation?

Yes. You own all code, configs, credentials throughout. Cancelling stops new monitoring and support work — the systems we built stay yours and continue running.

What about emergency one-off work?

Bronze/Silver clients: ad-hoc available at standard rate £85/hour. Gold: covered by your monthly hours. Enterprise: covered by your SLA.

How fast can I start?

Bronze and Silver: same week, often same day. Gold and Enterprise: 1-week onboarding to set up monitoring stack and documentation.

Will you maintain a site you didn't build?

Yes — assuming it's a reasonable stack (WordPress, modern static site, Next.js, anything documented). We'll do an initial 1-hour audit before quoting any tier. £150 audit fee, credited against first month if you sign up.
