Most projects start within 1–2 weeks of the initial scoping call. Tight-deadline work can sometimes start within 48 hours — ask, we'll be honest about availability.

Fixed-price projects have a clear scope at the start. Changes within scope: no extra charge. Changes outside scope: estimated and quoted before any work happens, and you decide. No surprise invoices.

You do. All source code, models, prompts, and infrastructure configuration are transferred to you on project completion. No vendor lock-in, no source escrow games.

Yes. We're UK-based, follow UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 requirements, sign DPAs as standard, and can deploy to UK/EU-only infrastructure on request. Data flow diagrams are included in every project.

Your choice. Default is AWS eu-west-2 (London) or Vercel. We can also deploy to your own AWS/Azure/GCP account, or on-premise where required.

We pick the right model for each task: OpenAI GPT-4/o4, Anthropic Claude, open-source Llama/Mistral via Bedrock or self-hosted, or specialised fine-tunes. We're not locked to a single vendor and the choice is documented per workflow.

Hallucination risk is managed by design: structured-output prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), human-in-the-loop approval for irreversible actions, full logging/audit trails, and rollback paths. We engineer for the failure modes, not against them.

Almost always. We integrate with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and most modern SaaS APIs. Legacy systems with no API can usually be reached via RPA or scraping.

Yes. Every project includes 30 days of bug-fix support. Optional ongoing maintenance retainers cover monitoring, prompt tuning, model upgrades, and small feature work.

Yes. Every handover includes documentation, runbooks, and a training session. For technical teams we can also pair-program through the codebase.

Yes, with the right time-zone overlap. UK and EU clients get on-site access; international clients work over video and async. Pricing is GBP-quoted.
