Which CRM do you work with?

HubSpot (most common), Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Close, Copper, Freshsales. Even older ones with REST APIs. We'll work with whatever you have — migration is a separate scope.

Do you migrate CRMs?

Yes. We've done HubSpot ⇄ Pipedrive, Salesforce ⇄ HubSpot, and migrations from legacy CRMs (ACT, Goldmine, custom Access DBs). Migrations are scoped separately because data quality work is the real effort.

Can you replace Zapier with something cleaner?

Yes — and we usually recommend it past 15,000 task executions/month. Custom Python webhook services cost ~£50/month to run vs £300+/month in Zapier fees, plus you get version control and proper testing.

What about HubSpot Workflows / Salesforce Flow?

Use the native automation where it fits. We supplement with custom code when the native tooling hits its limits (which it does for any non-trivial logic).
