Will AI screening miss great candidates with unusual CVs?

It surfaces, doesn't reject. Bottom of the ranking still visible. Consultant reviews top 10 by default, can drop to top 30 or read everything if needed. Used as a triage, not a filter.

GDPR around AI-driven decisions?

Article 22 of UK GDPR limits solely-automated decisions. Our flow keeps a human consultant's decision in the loop for any rejection. AI ranks, consultant decides. Compliant.

Bias in AI screening?

Real concern. We audit screening output for demographic skew, log every decision, allow rule-based overrides (e.g., always include candidates from underrepresented schools). Bias mitigation is a build phase, not an afterthought.

Does this work with Bullhorn / RecruitCRM / Vincere / Mercury?

Yes — all four have APIs. Custom recruiter-CRMs handled via direct database or middleware integration.
