We use Mindbody / ClassPass / Glofox / Acuity — do we need this?

If those work, keep them. We extend them with custom features they don't have (retention monitoring, smarter waitlists, integrated review acquisition). Often a hybrid.

How granular can class permissions get?

Beginner-only classes, intro-pack-only access, member-tier priority booking, walk-in vs members. Configurable per class.

What about peak-time fairness?

Configurable: first-come, member-tier priority, capacity reserved per tier, member booking-window staggered. Fits any operating model.

Can it integrate with our payment processor (Stripe, GoCardless)?

Yes. Stripe is default, GoCardless for monthly memberships, both can coexist.

Will members complain about more tech?

What about no-show fees?
